The Zhukov Company Zhu-15 (Allied Reporting Name : Toucan) Is A Lightweight Single Engine Basic Trainer. Built For Air Forces, Firstly Proposed As Both Civilian Sport Aircraft And Cropduster, But Ended Up As Air Forces Basic Trainer Due To Lack Of Interest From Civilian Market/Costumers. Boasting Low Cost And High Availability By Using The NWA's T-2A Toca As Their Base/Platform With New Shortened Tail Section, New Simplified Wings, And Local-Built Radial Engine From Zhu-14. A Simple Basic Trainer. It Was Produced Alongside The T-2B Super Toca Wich Is Also Comparable With Since They Are Both In The Same Class And Shares The Same Platform.
