Activate group 1, trim to 0%
Unactivate group 1, activate group 2, trim 100%
Unactivate group 2, activate group 1, trim to 100%
Unactivate group 1, activate group 2, trim to 50%
Unactivate group 2, activate group 1, trim to 50%
Repeat!
Trim at 0% means trim to the bottom, 50% means in the middle, and 100% means at the top.
And yes, he does wear his shoes backwards.
