Main description
The NA-100 Infiltrator was a reconnaissance spy plane that was designed for high altitude flying and was a competitor to the U-2. It never made it beyond production and only 4 prototypes were produced before ultimately being cancelled in favor of the U-2.
Design study
The North American N-100 was first developed due to the U.S Air Force needs for a reconnaissance spyplane. The North American N-100 was proposed in total, it had a twin boom design and had a very long wingspan.
