History:
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, a new company in the Russian Federation was founded. Due to low funding, the owners of the company decided to get funding from the government, in exchange; building a plane for the Russian military to use. After the company sent their designs, the Russian government were impressed, and gave them funding to create the plane. Smirovzhky Aircraft promised a HVY CAS aircraft, but the Russian government gave them extra funding to build more planes in the future.
