To begin, this is less of an accurate VVA-14 and much more of my own creative interpretation of one. But since this things still basically has an airframe adapted to ground effect in a game that dosen’t simulate it flies like brick and sadly im not quite good to make it work well. Regardless, now on to the aircraft itself it technically can do VTOL but its not exactly gracefull doing it and the blance requires a gyro to make it function somewhat. To acctually perfore a VTOL takeoff flick 1 and 2 on thrust to 100% and tip the nose forward until you reach about 800 ft from the ground and some 80mph before flicking 3 on and off, thrusting back down, flicking 1 off, then returning to full throttle before reflicking 3 on and if you’ve done this all correctly ypu should be flying with the gyro still on which you can turn off at about 350 mph. Final note, i didn’t really bother with a full cockpit since this thing’s scale is all kinds of wack so i doubt it would work very well.
