CAX
CAX is a Experimental Heavy Cruiser Hull developed from 1935-1940 for No-see Jerry navy.
In 1935, Adult Himler initiated a shipbuilding program to modernize the No-see Jerry navy, planning two battleships, four cruisers, and ten destroyers. However, his fascination with submarines led to a shift in priorities, culminating in the cancellation of the surface fleet program and establishing submarine dominance in the navy.
Before the program’s termination, several cruiser hulls were completed, equipped only with armor and ballast, lacking superstructures, weapons, or engines. These hulls were stored or scattered at No-see Jerry docks, camouflaged with boxes to resemble merchant ships. With the navy’s focus on submarines, the cruiser hulls remained unfinished and were eventually offered for sale. By 1940, No-see Jerry opened its drydocks to global buyers, allowing nations to purchase existing hulls or commission new ones, capitalizing on its shipbuilding expertise despite the pivot to submarines.

Perhaps you could make more stock hulls for other types of warships.
@DeeganWithABazooka Jerry allow you to build this hull design yourself but you must pay for each of hull you produce in form of money (the money you must pay is 5% of total cost of the finished ship you build on this hull). And i warn you: the quality will not the same as the original.
@RB107 I do have a Question: When we do buy 1, can I domestically produce this? Or do I have to buy a hull and wait for it to ship every time I wanna make a ship that uses this hull?
