The late dictator, President Ferdinand Marcos, ordered the military to develop and test rockets for defensive purposes. It was called Bongbong rocket, named after the dictator’s son.

The Bongbong Rocket
Since the program was a highly guarded state secret, very few photos of the rocket prototypes were published at the time. The classified program was named Project Santa Barbara, which aimed to develop multiple types of missiles that the Philippines would use for its defense and sell to allied countries.

The Bongbong rocket was one of these missiles. In 1972, NASA mentioned the rocket in its yearly almanac of rocket launches around the world. The short description is found in Astronautics and Aeronautics (1972)

Directions on how to use

.

This System can be used as a Missile and an
Unguided Rocket.

How to Use as:
Unguided Rocket- Elevate the Rocket to your Desired Elevation. Make sure not to lock onto any ground target or else it will miss, i recommend using AirToAir targeting.

Missile- Elevate the Missile to it's maximum elevation, lock onto a Ship and Fire. It can also Target custom made builds. Just make sure they are Far away or it will have a high probability of missing, not too far away...

Important!

When targeting the fleet, make sure you are on the end of the runway and facing the fleet, if you aren't the missile will miss

Max range for missile mode is 10mi. While Rocket mode has unlimited range
