Just a truck which has a SAM/AAA system attached to the bed, dont really have any other way to describe it. All of the Interceptor missiles have a follow and impact cam and there are countermeasures for AGM attacks, plus you can fire miniguns at any close aircraft, most effective within one mile but I have shot down larger aircraft at 1.5mi. Left stick controls truck movement, right stick aims SAM turret - you can fire whilst on the move as long as you can keep the enemy within the reticule.
