One look a this bomber bristling with turrets and armour and the word 'Fortress' comes to mind. The key to this design was the four turbo-supercharged engines that allowed bombing heights beyond enemy interception. Incendiary canisters would start conflagaration fires, burning deep within the hearts of enemy cities.

Features a Norden bombsight that calculates angle and trim based on your height, drops M17 Incendiary Canister bomb.

ACT 1 - flaps
ACT 2 VTOL DOWN - scope angle
ACT 3 - autopilot for stable bombing runs
ACT 4 VTOL DOWN - bomb bay doors
ACT 6 VTOL DOWN - drops cluster bomb

Follow these steps correctly and you will hit anything.
Bombsight (cam3) requires you to choose your desired bombing altitude, ranging between 12,000 ft up to 20,000 ft.

Let's say you wanted to bomb at 14,000 ft. First, takeoff and gain altitude so that you are roughly at 14,000. Using the trim dial on the right, trim down until the marker is aligned to the 14. When you reach maximum speed, the bomber should level off perfectly maintaining 14,000.

The left dial shows the bombsight angle setting, so you will want to act 2 and vtol down until the marker aligns perfectly with your chosen trim setting, in this case, 14.

Hit act3 to activate autopilot mode for the bombing run. Act 4 and vtol down controls the bomb bay doors.

If you are flying absolutely level at 14,000 ft, with the bombsight scoped in correctly, you should be able to easily hit whatever you want. Enjoy!

@ChromeGamer25 If I remember right, 6 disconnects every small bomb within the canister, turns on all the incendiary flares on the bombs, drops the main canister, sets the fins within the canister to spin, and sets the canister doors to start opening, it's a LOT of work if you want to get all those changed to act5.

Ive had this stored in my aircraft saves for a while and am still curious as to what ag 5 does. I want to hook up the bomb drop to 5 because I keep forgetting it’s 6 and miss my target, but am worried I’d mess up something connected to that group, any help?

@CoolPeach its genuinely really easy, I bet you'd do a good job making one.

Well what you lack in form you make up in function. Not many can create functioning bombsights, I wouldn't even try for fear of losing my mind. @Weaverfish

@CoolPeach He's right dude, it's a pretty lousy looking b-17 :) But I have mobile limits to adhere to, so I'm not angry ;)

Cause of the bomb sight, which works really well might I add, and it's not lame @BACconcordepilot, it's cool.
