Center of maas and lift are to close move lift back wards..... also center of mass and center of propulsion are wy off.. propulsion being to high above mass... thus it appears you tried to counter act this by raising the lift up above mass... this wont work.. it will be near impossible to use just lift to offset the thrust mass displacement especially since every maneuver or speed variance will alter this causing massive control isses.... also you have an extra front left winglet by mistake appears....
Summary lower engines ... reduce main wing angle .... add weight to front or sweep wings back.. or yes reduce wing size
