L.A.H.E. ( Low Altitude High Explosive) made to be dropped at (you guessed it) low altitude, it can do this thanks to the integrated parachute, it lands on or near the place you drop it, rather than keep going forward, works for me. For the challenge, enjoy! Made in Ipad.
