Are they independently mounted (i.e. three-gun rather than triple)? They'd have to be, or else they couldn't fire at once due to different ballistics. Additionally, they wouldn't be able to reload since they'd be tied down by whichever was the slowest firing when aligning with the loading system.

Two gun calibres in one turret for a naval vessel is certainly a choice.
