After a military think tank identified a need to separate the role performed by Hawker series aircraft the joint military R&D staff began to develop two separate fighters that highlighted Hawker strengths. The A-16 emphasises on the Hawkers ability to dominate in aerial combat, with a designed instability which makes it difficult to fly but excellent in its air-superiority role.

Notes
Be careful when pitching up on takeoff. Instability is present till about 400 MPH then it's all good. Some sway instability still exists. Further upgrades and rebalances will fix this.
