Created for reconnaissance/commercial/cargo flight, the SeaTOL is an Amphibious VTOL aircraft designed for flights with extreme efficiency. this aircraft can be used for: Land flights, sea flights, reconnaissance, cargo drops, commercial regional flights, bush flying, and maybe (very chancy, but MAYBE) as a military paratrooper dropper, with maybe a machine gun. It was designed in 2001 as a very difficult aircraft to crash, which was allowed by the tilt-wing design and the ability to tilt the prop angle along with. put these together, and you get a versatile aircraft, with many flight capabilities, and a simple Helicopter-like transport.
