Now we'll move into the second phase of my Signature Series: the Attackers. A relatively old design, the A.P10 was considered by many to be obsolete at the beginning of the Great War. With a modest top speed and no defensive armament, the dive bomber was often picked off first by enemy interceptors in air raids. But, being the only reliable dive bomber with an adequate enough range, the A.P10 was thrust into war and carried out many pivotal offensive missions in high-altitude formations with F.P2 escorts. By the end of the war (perhaps motivated by pity) the A.P10 was acknowledged as an important asset to the war effort. Enjoy, leave a comment, and happy flying :) Next plane incoming in 24 hours.
