hello guys a other freedom plane HELL YEAH anywyas i hope you like it bcz if you dont i will be below your bed tonight heres the history about it:

F-15E STRIKe EAGLE:

Origins and Development
• Early 1980s: The U.S. Air Force needed a long-range, all-weather strike fighter capable of both air-to-air and air-to-ground missions.
• F-15E Strike Eagle program: Developed from the F-15 air superiority platform.
• Designed to retain the air dominance capabilities of the F-15 while adding precision strike capability.

First Flight and Production
• First flight: December 11, 1986.
• Introduction into service: 1988.
• Modifications over the original F-15 include:
• Two-seat cockpit (pilot + weapons systems officer).
• Conformal fuel tanks for extended range.
• Advanced radar (APG-70 initially) capable of tracking multiple ground and air targets.
• Hardpoints for a wide variety of bombs, missiles, and external fuel tanks.

Design and Capabilities
• Can perform air-to-ground precision strikes as well as defend itself in air-to-air combat.
• Weapons include:
• Air-to-air: AIM-7 Sparrow, AIM-120 AMRAAM, AIM-9 Sidewinder.
• Air-to-ground: GPS-guided bombs, JDAMs, laser-guided bombs, cruise missiles.
• Range: About 2,400 km combat radius with conformal fuel tanks.
• High-speed, all-weather capability, retaining Mach 2.5 speed from the F-15 design.

Operational History
• 1991 Gulf War (Desert Storm): Entered combat late in the war; Strike Eagles conducted deep strike missions, targeting hardened and strategic sites.
• 1990s & 2000s: Used in Operation Southern Watch (Iraq), Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
• Strike Eagle proved effective in precision bombing, deep interdiction, and air support missions.
• Exported to Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Qatar, among others.

Upgrades
• F-15E upgrades have kept it competitive with newer fighters:
• APG-82 AESA radar for improved detection and targeting.
• Modernized cockpit avionics and targeting systems.
• Enhanced electronic warfare and survivability packages.

Legacy
• Known as a true multirole workhorse: air superiority + strike.
• Deep strike capability combined with air-to-air defense makes it highly versatile.
• Continues to be a key asset for the U.S. Air Force and allied air forces, expected to serve for decades alongside F-35s and future platforms.
