Auto Credit Based on ahappyape's Fully Working Hand

Now anatomically correct-ish. Also each finger has had an activation group assigned to it - thumb is 1 - etc etc - all the gestures you could ever want now :-). Thoughts?

@Mkenz when you control the thumb on the VTOL control - the thumb moves to either line up with the fingers - or at a right angle. It also carries on too far into the hand itself. I can't find a way to make it stop when its lined up with the fingers. Its bugging me as there must be a simples way.

@Mkenz Im really strugglibg with the thumb tbh. I'd also like a way to stop it going into the hand - if that makes sense.
