Keep it straight while on the runway and try to hold both of them in a horizontal line if you look from the side. Just concentrate on the Zlin the Mucha will follow. If the Zlin is too low use the flaps to bring it up. Flaps are on the VTOL slider!
1 will release the hook from the Glider
2 will release the Zlin
You can change the cockpit! The cockpit from the Zlin is very small and above the canopy and the cockpit from the Mucha is a bit inside of the canopy but you can reach it from the side. If you can't find them look at the pictures.
