MI-17 Cruise missile "T'ori"

Woah! Huge text. Trying out a new formatting tool and don't quite have the gist of it yet. Should only take a try or two to figure out. This isn't a redesigned aircraft--it's not an aircraft at all. This is an attempt to design an anti-ship cruise missile. Well, it's multipurpose but it's no secret that it's primarily for anti-ship measures. Onto the next section.

USS Beast best back off

Inherinting a number of weak navies leaves Winolia in a precarious position. While it seeks to buy as many vessels as it can to bolster its naval force, its military is painfully aware of how advanced other navies are in comparison. Winolia, is, however, overrun with experts in missile technology--more-so since their allies have provided them with much needed technical expertise. The brains behind their military doctrine thus decided to invest in low cost but highly effective anti-ship missiles. This ideology eventually transitioned to multi-purpose cruise missiles like the MI-17, it being the latest and most advanced missile in their arsenal, replacing all previous versions.

The MI-17 is a powerful, transonic cruise missile optimised for high forward and side stealth and low IR emissions. It is a transonic weapon primarily to maintain it's low IR signature but also to extend its loiter time, improve its agility and allow it to operate as part of the Taktix system without facing the issues a hypersonic missile might. Its small frame packs a powerful ZX-23 radar along with GPS guidance, courtesy of their allies, NOE optical sensors using TERCOM, altimetric guidance and a link into the Taktix system. The warhead is a 1000 pound HE round although a cluster warhead is also available. It has a theoretical operation range of 2,000 km, though this range has not been tested yet. Early reports also suggest the missiles stealth is able to defeat most modern radars at ranges as close as 50km while the missiles radar guidance and warning system, alongside its other sensors, allow it to actively fool and avoid anti-missile systems.

No actions groups.

Flies like a plane but very, very sensitive.
Pick your course, guide it in. Use wing levelling in normal flight unless you wanna reach space.
Add more weight at your own peril, this is perfectly balanced (seriously, three gallons of fuel to the front threw it off)

Have fun and let me know if you use it.

Imagine if this kind of tech during the Japanese side of WW2 and the plane supposedly carrying the atomic bomb would be shot down
