The S-24 was a high speed contra-rotating prop racer vaguely inspired by the famous Gee Bee Racer and P-47 Thunderbolt. The S-24 was designed and built in the late 1930s by the fictitious Bellmore Design Firm. With almost 8000 total combined horsepower the S-24 was able to reach speeds over 400 MPH, and offer overall performance vastly superior to its competitors of the time.
