The Pz.II 0056C was a wartime emergency use of the old Pz.llG chassis (an improved version of the Pz.llC chassis) in 1956. Because it was converted from a Pz.ll tank, the vehicle does not have amphibious capabilities, but its armor is comparable to that of tanks, making it the best shield for frontline soldiers to commute (12 crew members, including one driver, one commander and gunner, and two machine gunners).
