Another test part for aircrafts, this is a Engine Starter. INSTRUCTIONS: Turn On Battery, Turn Fuel L and R, turn on the engine, turn on both APUS. You'll see all beacons turned on. Let's say you have the engine off and you try to enable the APU, it won't work, you can know by noticing that that the APU beacon is off.
