The FAC Type 70 was designed in 1943 as a light, fast ground attacker. Featuring an 1800 hp Rolls-Royce Griffon engine driving contra-rotating propellors in a pusher configuration, it was one of the most unique planes of the war. This, the Bomb Terror version, featured 14 rockets, a pair of 500-pound bombs, and 6 250-pound bombs- truly, a fearsome opponent to any tank.
