The FD200 "Arrow Head" is a lightweight, multi role strike craft designed by the Bandit Aerospace Company for the North American Republic. It is based on multiple concepts and prototype delta aircraft, and refined by years of research into delta wing craft. The FD200, though inspired by older concepts, shares a strikingly similar airframe with the FD-25C, leading to it being viewed as a member of the FD-25 family. However, the FD200 was designed to improve on the shortcomings of the FD-25 series in terms of safety, and weapons package, and was the first craft of its kind to feature ultra enhanced fly-by-wire mechanics.
