A boat powered by rockets. It started off as me trying to make the "Loochador" from Just Cause 3, but it ended up as this. It can turn pretty well.
Controls:
Throttle=Move
Roll=Sharp Turns
Yaw=Smooth Turns
VTOL=Minigun Turn
Group 1+VTOL Down=Fast Stop
