Uploaded a fix. Check it out. link
It's not perfect, but it's a step in the right direction.

@Dylan3654 More engines = more problems. I'll try engineering a fix for you. May take a little while.

@Sunnyskies my two other VTOL's have been able to take off easily but they only had two props

@Dylan3654 The problem with that, I think, is because your center of lift is ahead of your center of mass. In order for a plane to control reliably in level flight, the CoL must be behind the CoM (but not too far behind). Try fiddling with the shape, type and positioning of the wings.

@Sunnyskies The biggest problem that I have is stopping it from flipping forwards when it goes from VTOL to normal flight

@Dylan3654 try keeping it centered and level by using the tilt of the engines to counteract any pitching. Only use just enough throttle to lift you off the ground, then steadily shift into maximum throttle and level flight once you are high enough off the ground to do so.
Also, find a way to keep the plane from tilting on the roll axis, I'd recommend an RCN network.

Also the rotators move too slow. Set them to 100% speed. You want quick reactions on tilting engines for better control. Your plane does hover well, you just need to keep your hand on the vtol-slider and react with its movements.

VTOLs are tricky. Try shifting the center of thrust in the direction of the flipping to counter the flip with torque on the center of mass against it. Sometimes off-center thrust is actually more stable. Also note that varying levels of thrust exert varying levels of torque, affecting how much or how little the craft lists.
