Put vtol forward when flying and when you want to launch the missle pull it down so it is up about 30 degrees and then fire. Suprisingly, it flies fine with the missle bay 30 degrees up.(As long as your at a high enough speed) the missle also has no noticeable problems tracking, although you cant see it first.
