They look like Red Plane Ticks to me. I suggest washing any affected planes in Tea Tree oil shampoo, and keeping any unaffected away from the affected.
@MikuKat @bolt lol I wish my plane had a parachute! This game needs NATO engines, parachutes and custom decals. Anyways I really want to make a fighter plane that looks like a parasite.
