Auto Credit Based on Allstar's CHALLENGE: WW2 Fighter Replica
This plane was used as a kamakazi rocket. With a bomb in the nose-cone and piloted by a human... It sunk a US aircraft carrier at one stage... It is usually dropped from a Heavy attack aircraft... And i may work on it in the future. It needs a air spawn and has a rocket engine (modded jet engine... That i found but not sure who made). It's wings rip when turning at 700 mp/h and is on the verge of stalling at 170 mp/h. This is my entry into the WWII fighter aircraft, but not sure if it will qualify as it is a kamakazi aircraft.

3,096 WWIIPlaneBuilder@Dyohanes97 I don't think it would be, as most bombs don't have a classification of amour piercing... As bombs in general are meant to blow armour up anyway. I watched a documentary and these were dropped from a larger "heavy fighter aircraft" then it would for up its rockets and the pilot would attack the ship, as it only attacked ships. It turned out to be an effective strategy as the losses of the Americans were far greater than the one Japanese pilot who flew the plane into the ship. (BTW under the nose cone is a bomb if you didn't know that, that is why they were effective) this plane was meant to replace that kamakazi "zero" planes (A6M3) with their smaller bombs as they weren't as effective). So in short, to answer your question: they weren't classifiec as amour piercing but could do the job. Also if you Kamakazi into the USS tiny in the game the carrier does some spins!9.2 years ago
