I made a bomb tester.
https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/80AYlt/Blast-radius-tester-Bomb-tester-1-explosionScale-about-80m-blast-radius-I
From testings, I found that 1 explosionScale creates a blast radius of about 80 meters. Multiply explosionScale, and you multiply the blast radius. See the description of the build page for more explanation.

[How to use]

Attach your bomb to the red panel, and start a level. Kaboom.

*Set your graphics to medium or High if you want to see the mushroom cloud

Relatively quick side project.
Started as a test platform for my B57 nuke, but I decided to make it more useful.
Drops whatever you attach to the red panel in about 7 seconds (count down starts with 1 second delay, depends on level load time).
Has two cameras attached to pistons, which automatically extend 17km away from the tower. You can edit the length in XML.

Included B57 bomb has blast radius of about 17km. Parachute deploys automatically. Oh, ignore the massive rocks that come out of the ground. They're just, umm, some rocks that were lying around before the explosion.

Edit: Feb 8 2023

I forgot to mention, but mushroom cloud effect is inspired by (reads: stolen from) SRSM-2 tac nuke by Reuben201103 (link). Sorry to Reuben for failing this mention this when I uploaded the thing.

Thanks to edensk for parachute delay FT code

Also thanks to Yehia('s bombs) for inspiration.

What remains

A funny bug I encountered during one of my testings (happened only once)

The entire Wright Airport sank beneath the ground (or the island moved up

You can see the tower sticking out of the ground

I couldn't replicate this, even though I restarted the level before altering anything. I suspect the camera switching may have had something to do with it, but I'm not sure. It could also be piston and really heavy base?
*This version doesn't cause this bug as far as I can tell, unfortunately.

Update: Feb 8 2023

I could replicate this, and now I have a good idea on what causes this glitch. Oh yeah!

I think it happens when you launch a camera really fast while your other camera stays on the island, and switch to the launched camera and watch the screen wobble from super fast movement speed. It does weird stuff, and map gets messed up.
