Your nose pitches down because of your second engine being above the CoM and because your wing proportions are skewed too far to the rear. Not the CoL, but the physical size of the wings
So this aircraft has a problem with rocket pods. When I shooted, it exploded. U should put weapons attentionly)
Oh, also try to use gyroscope
Soo, I would like to advice you to use fuselage blocks, they're really helpfull!
And other one: U can rotate parts:
1)point the cursor to the part
2)push rotationg button (it looks like arrow, as I remember)
3)push the highest botton
So, there you can rotate and move any part
