I have no idea where the boats are located so I couldn't test it myself, but it should in theory be able to easily destroy the entire fleet.
Oh and it also has lights, enabled with AG1.

It may take a minute or two, but they should be fairly easy to find.
To find the fleet, you just have to go to bandit final approach and go left just a bit. If ya keep on flying, you should stumble upon a couple flak ships and the tiny.
