J-5 is the first jet fighter of China('J' means 'fighter' in Chinese.).She is a single-engine fighter.The nineteenth of July,1956,she first took off and landed on a runway of an airport in north-east of China.She transferred to the Chinese Air Force on the nineteenth of September,1956.She destoryed many enemies.J-5 Fighters are use by the Chinese Air Force untill she retirement in May,1968.We still use her as a trainer nowadays.
