Very nice plane, I like fly with it :)
If you invert the pitch on the wings, you can minimise the distance off take-off and if you add two floating block by landing gear wheel and moving forward the landing gear and (sorry x) ) put it buoyancy at 100% and the buoyancy of the two last pieces at the back of the aircraft, you can use it like a seaplane :) If you want, I can give you the modified file :)

Oh and I think the pitch isn't supposed to be on the primary wings... they improve stability a bit, though.
