ive got this very fast airliner i made but it keeps going to high and going out of control at high speeds but when i try to slow down i cant control it and it spins around everwhere

The engines are too strong and the wings are too big, also I would make the pitch control surfaces a bit bigger. Also there is something that makes the plane roll to the right, i don't know why it does (maybe the cockpit makes it asymmetric), but you could put a gyro on it. Good luck with the build!
EDIT: I tried to fly at lower speeds, it flies best at around 2000 km/h, maybe a bit more.
