@SimplyElegant I guess in this alliance, for navy, you can do a lot of the surface fleet, and I'll do a lot of the underwater fleet.

@SimplyElegant I will need to build a surface fleet at some point, especially if someone else decides to pour all their cash into U-boats, then I need to depth charge them. I'd rather not turn a naval battle into a game of who can kill more convoys.

Development has begun, I have the main body down now.

@SimplyElegant And now everyone must put depth charges on at least one boat of theirs if they end up at war with us, or their navy is going to get blown away!
