Fly by reef and boom! The Sailair is a vintage flying machine with a unique control structure. By reefing the horizontal sails (VTOL input) and swinging the boom about (roll input) you can sail the skies! To take off just reef in full (VTOL full down) and push the throttle to maximum. She'll rock a bit but she'll fly. Ease the VTOL to level and throttle back to about 80-85%. Then to turn you simply roll - just remember this is a sailboat and not a fighter jet so take it easy! Landing is tricky, you'll need full VTOL down while maintaining decent airspeed with the throttle. There's no pitch, yaw, or trim, but we salty sons and daughters of the sea don't need 'em!
