The Mitsubishi Ki-83 was a long-range heavy fighter designed in 1943. The allies did not know of its existence. Only a few prototypes were created and it never saw service. It is armed with 2x30mm and 2x20mm cannons (thanks to @weaverfish for the cannons). The maximum speed of the ki-83 was 417 mph at 20,000 ft. This aircraft represents the pinnacle of Japanese twin-engine piston aircraft.
