HEMTLP (Heavy Expeditionary Mobile Truck Logistics Platform)
The HEMTLP (Heavy Expeditionary Mobile Truck Logistics Platform) is a 10-wheeled heavy military logistics truck designed for long-range transport of supplies in expeditionary and austere environments. Developed to support modern combined-arms forces, the HEMTLP emphasizes high payload capacity, off-road mobility, and modular mission adaptability.
Design and development
The HEMTLP was conceived to replace or supplement earlier heavy logistics vehicles that lacked sufficient mobility and survivability in modern operational theaters. Its design prioritizes operation in undeveloped regions with limited infrastructure, including deserts, mountains, and semi-arctic terrain. The platform supports rapid deployment and sustained logistical operations for both conventional and expeditionary forces.
Design
The HEMTLP uses a 5x5 drivetrain, with all wheels driven and independently suspended to improve traction and ride stability over rough terrain. The vehicle features a reinforced ladder-frame chassis capable of supporting heavy and oversized loads.
The cab is typically forward-control and can be fitted with optional armor kits to protect the crew from small-arms fire, artillery fragments, and mines. A central tire inflation system allows the driver to adjust tire pressure while in motion to suit varying terrain conditions.
Powertrain
The HEMTLP is powered by a high-output turbocharged diesel engine, paired with an automatic transmission optimized for heavy loads. The powertrain provides sufficient torque for off-road hauling and steep gradients while maintaining highway cruising capability for long-distance convoys.
Payload and variants
The logistics platform is designed around a modular rear cargo area, allowing the HEMTLP to support multiple mission roles.
Common configurations include:
• Flatbed cargo transport
• Container carrier (ISO containers)
• Fuel tanker
• Ammunition resupply vehicle
• Heavy recovery and wrecker variant
• Mobile workshop or maintenance vehicle
• Mobile Command center
• Radar System
• Anti-Aircraft TEL (Transporter erector launcher)
Payload capacity varies by configuration but is generally in the heavy-logistics class, enabling the transport of large quantities of supplies or specialized equipment.
Mobility
With its 5x5 configuration, high ground clearance, and locking differentials, the HEMTLP is capable of operating in environments inaccessible to standard commercial trucks. The vehicle is designed to ford shallow water obstacles and traverse mud, sand, and snow with minimal preparation.
Operational use
The HEMTLP is intended for use by army and joint logistics units, supporting frontline forces by delivering fuel, ammunition, food, and engineering equipment. Its expeditionary focus allows it to operate independently of established supply networks, making it suitable for rapid-reaction forces and overseas deployments.

Simple, right?
Yes.
I’ll post the base suspension if you guys would like.
@RSH10Thunderbeam oop
@BOSKnight funny enough there's actually a guy that slapped an ASC T-128 on a trailer
@RSH10Thunderbeam
Link it and I can make a mobile warning truck :)
Ü i am going to haul RSH-10s in this
