Moscow Territorial Scientific and Practical Center for Disaster Medicine ( CEMP ) is a state budgetary healthcare institution of the city of Moscow of a special type. Founded in 1990. Subordinate to the Department of Healthcare of the city of Moscow.
[Story of CEMP]
In July 1990, the Emergency Medical Care Service was created in Moscow, designed to eliminate the medical consequences of crisis and emergency situations. In 1991, the Scientific and Practical Center for Emergency Medical Care (SEMC) was created on its basis .
In 1997, a training department was created at the center to develop and maintain practical skills in providing emergency medical care in emergency situations.
In 2010 and 2020, the center’s team was awarded the Moscow City Prize in the field of medicine.
In 2021, CEMP received the status of a special type state budgetary healthcare institution of the city of Moscow.
