In the year 1971, the Nation of Bighead purchased 40 F-5Cs. The Northrop F-5C is part of a family of supersonic light fighter aircraft initially designed as a privately funded project by Northrop Corporation in the late 1950s. Bighead still has around 37 in service with the BHAF. In 2025 the Nation of Rhich declared war on Bighead after one of its RDAF jets fired upon a Bighead Navy jet. The F-5Cs in service have been used extensively since.
