A Handsome, Cute, and Smooth-looking cruiser, the USS Vesuvius is a testbed for the A-IV System which includes hit-able fuselage that extends below waterline and a crude Detacher-Bomb cannons, this'll be improved slowly and so and… that is all! i can't praise this girl enough, she's just soooo cute and elegant!

enjoyment : 9 out of 10
notes : very lovely, a handsome and sweet smooth-looking cruiser, she is a testbed for the A-IV System which added working guns(bomb+detacher) and extended the hit-able fuselage below the waterline, and honestly, for a somewhat crude gunnery practice(e.g. she has her main battery elevation pinned to 16° and has to steer herself into the direction where she wants to shoot), she works damn well, good work darling!

[ List of all ship build specifications ]

USS Vesuvius, the third ship of the United States Navy named for the Italian volcano, was a unique vessel in the Navy inventory which marked a departure from more conventional forms of main battery armament. She is considered a dynamite gun cruiser and was essentially an operational testbed for large dynamite guns.
