i tried to make him as mobile friendly as possible and very simple to use
he's not that strong,a default minigun can take him out but he's a nice moving target
shotout to Ruffes123 for letting me use his Gundam shield on him.

@c144538707 really? i can't belive i didn't notice that..well u can just move the vulcans a little bit up so they don't hit
i'll fix that in future builds like the guncannon and the gundams.
The vulcans will hit the shield
