When I raced your P-58 and my SSM 2.2, my plane overtook yours. But a few seconds later, yours caught up.
So I think the difference between FP 80% and 80% VP is tiny.
Can you please tell me its true?

@Alienbeef0421 trust me on this. the AI doens't do good with the pitch plus this helps your accelleration. jsut set the pitch to fixed 80%. going to 90 or 100 doesn't even help your speed any how.
@Typhlosion130 Doesn't the AI stick to 100%? I set the pitch range scale to 75% (thats what the VTOL is for) so yeah, I still don't know how it got so fast when your plane is much more trim :D
The one part your'e missing is optimizing the propellers. you need to set each engine to 125 in diameter 1.7 thickness. fixed pitch at 80% excetp the one on the rear. which you set the thickness to 1.7 keep the diamiter the same and set it to -80%

Yeah it would with 17 fast moving propellers and with the high speed and manoeuvrability
@LiamW Haven't seen the Shooting Star yet... I just tried @Typhlosion130 's camera trick, and added 17 props... I also tried manual pitch control (I forgot to set the pitch control to Throttle, pitch scale 75%)... Turns out my plane lags like hell...
