Might be the craziest car i've ever made, The F2UFFYX ULTIMATE is a twin turbo hybrid hypercar that can go 0-700 km/h (434 mph) in less than 2 seconds, top speed 1.816 km/h (1.128 mph), 10.000hp and can go over 2.000 km/h (1.242 mph) with the Nitrous Oxide. And don't worry about the handling, it's probably the most easiest car to turn at such high speeds. (note : because it's so light and too much downforce, you probably don't wanna go over bumps because it'll go flying. I recommend to drive it around in Sky Park City because it's the car's natural habitat kind of.)
