This is a somewhat accurate representation of a cargo plane should be like. It took me some time to do this but i like it. Press 1-4 for engines(engine fail anyone?), 5 for emergency landing parachutes, VTOL for flaps,and brake for airbrakes. I suggest putting the flaps down for takeoff and landing as it gives the plane more lift.
