The Soprano is a specialized, but successful Padanian attack aircraft, made for the uneven terrain of the Apennines where much of the ground combat with the Tyrrhenian Confederation takes place. Made to accurately strafe ground formations and destroy fortified positions, the Soprano is a dedicated gunship armed with a 50 mm cannon and two 23 mm cannons in the nose, two 12.7 mm machine guns in the wings and two remote-controlled 12.7 mm MGs in the leading edge of the wings, aimed by the observer through two transparent windows to the sides.
An overall unusual aircraft, it is a rare case of a pusher aircraft capable of coping with relatively bad runways thanks to it's nose-down ground attitude. This is a popular aircraft abroad, particularly in Eastern Europe where this same accuracy also makes it great a great aircraft against the armored ground vehicles that are much more common in the region compared to the West due to the flatter geography.
