drive into water gear up. Activate group 1 and move vtol slider fully up to lower rudder. Deactivate group 1 move vtol to middle and activate group 2. Now by sliding vtol slowly down you can increase top speed slightly but if you move it to far the boat will flip. I've managed over 500mph on land and 420mph on water. it is also stable to turn on water upto about 200mph after that you risk flippin it
