Auto Credit Based on AnarchistAerospaceIndustries's Cargo Jet (needs fixing..)
Finally got around to it and fixed the bugger. Changed the big wings in the middle to structural panels, changed rear wings up a bit, had to modify cargo bay door, (still functional) and made a whole crapload of small changes to the whole thing and the end design is pretty awesome. Flies almost perfectly level at around 75% thrust and handles like a dream. I believe this is the plane you were going for from the beginning :)
