El Chupacabra is a racer from Mexico. His racing number is 5. He is Rochelle's love interest. In Shanghai, China, he sings his version of the song "Love Machine" to Rochelle to try and woo her. But he is helped to win her successfully with Dusty's version. He is also Dusty's best racing friend. Before he raced in the Wings Around the Globe Rally, he was a telenovela star, a romance novelist, and a recording artist.

Just do what NotNewHere said. For takeoff, (VTOL) (I changed it to clamp (VTOL, -1, 0) for Flaps Down, trim 60% down. Throttle to 30-40% while maintaining course with yaw. At 90-100mph slowly increase throttle and hold pitch up.

For Landing (Good Luck!), Full Flaps and Full Trim Down, Use extremely shallow approach with 25% Throttle, gently bring wheels down shallow and slowly throttle down. Proceed to spin out and do some acrobatics!
